Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your information

TIDAF ADVENTURES is responsible for the personal information collected through this website ("we", "us").

The website and booking system are provided by StaySuite, which hosts them and handles information on our behalf and only on our instructions.

You can reach us at:

• Email: contact@tidafadventures.com
• Phone: +14234871742
• Address: Aghroud, agadir 80000

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and any special requests you write.
• When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details into a form provided by Stripe, and they go directly to Stripe — they never reach our servers. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount, and a payment reference.
• When you contact us: whatever you include in your email, phone call or message.
• When you browse: our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is part of how websites work and helps keep the site secure.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

• to reserve your room, take your payment and manage your booking;
• to send you a booking confirmation, and messages about changes or cancellations;
• to reply to your questions;
• to keep the website secure and working properly;
• to meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run this website and your booking:

• Stripe — processes payments.
• Resend — sends booking confirmation and account emails.
• Hetzner — hosts the website, its database and uploaded images, in data centres in Germany.
• Google — the map on our Find Us page is loaded from Google, which receives your IP address when it loads.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers, including Stripe, Resend and Google, are based in or process information in other countries, including the United States. When that happens, your information is handled under the data protection terms those providers offer.

How long we keep it

• Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide your stay, and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax rules.
• Server logs are rotated automatically and kept only for a short time.
• Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two things on your device, both only to remember your preferences:

• a cookie named staysuite_locale, which remembers the language you chose, for one year;
• a "theme" setting in your browser's local storage, which remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.

When you pay, Stripe may set its own cookies to help prevent fraud. The map on our Find Us page is provided by Google and may also set cookies. Their use is covered by Stripe's and Google's own privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it if it is wrong;
• ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
• object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it.

To make a request, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
